Bitmine Immersion Discloses 6.06M ETH Holdings Worth $14.5B
Bitmine Immersion Technologies says it holds 4.9% of total ETH supply, with combined crypto assets, cash, and securities reaching $14.5 billion.
Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) has disclosed that its Ethereum holdings stand at 6.06 million tokens, representing approximately 4.9% of the total circulating ETH supply of 122.2 million, according to a company announcement. The combined value of its cryptocurrency holdings, liquid assets, and marketable securities has reached $14.5 billion.
The company said it has covered 99% of the distance toward what it calls the "Alchemy of 5%" threshold — a self-defined benchmark for ETH accumulation — in just 15 months. The pace of accumulation signals an aggressive treasury strategy centered on Ethereum as a core reserve asset.

Bitmine also offered commentary on the recent theft at Binance, framing the incident not as a sign of systemic vulnerability but as evidence of the broader cryptocurrency sector's resilience. The disclosure places Bitmine among a small group of publicly traded companies amassing significant on-chain positions in major cryptocurrencies. Its holdings strategy draws comparisons to MicroStrategy's well-publicized Bitcoin accumulation model, adapted here for Ethereum. The scale of its ETH position, relative to total supply, makes the company a notable participant in the digital asset market.
