Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Creditpathworks and any related services we operate. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you sign up for the Creditpathworks newsletter, we will use your email address to send the editions you have requested and, where permitted, occasional service messages related to your subscription. We will not pass your address to other organizations, and you can unsubscribe with a single click via the link in any email.

Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you, taken in the aggregate, for all claims arising from or relating to Creditpathworks or these Terms is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or any amount actually paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Indemnification

The provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability caps, indemnification, governing law — survive any termination.
Governing Law and Disputes
Disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of Creditpathworks are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Creditpathworks's operator is located, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any legal action shall be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights provided to you by the laws of your home country.
